Grandma’s home finally, sleeping now. I’m so exhausted and just…numb feeling. At least it’s not an immediate danger, but I hope she’ll be okay.

The doctors seem confident so far it can be managed, but. Our luck is terrible, our family is cursed, so I’m not getting my hopes up.

Okay. So. She has a mass in her colon that’s oozing blood, and the likelihood of it being cancer is pretty much certain.

They wanna do surgery to remove the mass and HOPEFULLY it’s not going to be emergent surgery, they’re hoping to wait at least a week to get her out of the hospital and well.

Tomorrow she’s on a liquid diet for her colonoscopy and endoscopy. And if that’s all clear then they’re planning to do the catheter. I just hope they can help her…

Okay so that’s not gonna happen until she gets an endoscopy and colonoscopy to see where she’s bleeding. They said it was microscopic, so it’s not a BUNCH of blood but they’re not wanting to do the catheter (cont)

So.

We've been denied financial aid, and the surgery is not being considered "emergent" thus no bypassing pre-payment. Which means we HAVE to pay on the date of surgery, which is later this month.

Sent an e-mail to my reps about the Discord leak and I'll be sending out a letter about it soon too: complete with printed articles and other things. I hope y'all will consider doing the same! Takes about 5 minutes once you have the e-mails and you can just keep them in a notepad to use each week.

Gonna say it: if you have time to make fun of me for not wanting to accept censorship in America, you have time to e-mail your reps about the issue. Anytime you feel like dunking on someone because they don't wanna use crypto or a VPN, you should be using that energy to contact reps instead. Thanks!
