claim is ongoing. As long as pedo Johnson refusing to do his ministerial duty.

Yes, those blow up frogs are gonna destroy America!
dee20002.bsky.social
Important to sue for his refusal to do a ministerial act (swear her in for which he is not immune) rather than a legislative act (for which he'd be immune)

Thinking it through more -- and being a civil rights lawyers who's sued officials up to Scotus -- IMPORTANT IN SUIT to emphasize --that this is NOT legislative action (totally immune) but a ministerial act (no immunity). Sue Sue Sue. Seek injunction.

Yes, as a civil rights lawyer who sued officials up to Scotus, important that argue Johnson is violating a right by refusing to perform a ministerial act ( no immunity), rather than a legislative one (immunity) GO TO COURT.
dee20002.bsky.social
This is not a legislative act but a ministerial one he is refusing to do -- go to fed court immediately, on behalf of elected official, maybe her district, maybe state of Arizona and seek injunctive relief that he be required to do his ministerial duty.

federal court? For injunctive relief to require she be sworn in? Are there any rules when speaker won't act? (guessing not cause kinda same as when Mitch wouldn't bring Garland up for hearing but no it's not the same because constitutents have a constitutional right being violated.) S U E

Wonder if her constituents have a constitutional claim (fed court) for injunctive relief to force Johnson to swear her in.
dee20002.bsky.social
protesters need to keep his office swarmed (if possible), and follow him about outside as well constantly asking why he won't swear her in. Wonder if she has a case to take to court over it?

🐍 The US leader of the House who is an endlessly imaginative defender of any absurd Trump behavior or statement still blocks the swearing in of the Arizona representative to delay disclosure of the Epstein files.
What difference does it make if the public is not thoroughly briefed on the depravity?

NEW: Adrian Fontes has CERTIFIED the results of the AZ-07 election of Adelita Grijalva. Mike Johnson is OUT of EXCUSES and should swear her in.

He's doing a marvelous job destroying the US (which was his mission when, as Agent Krasnov recruited in 1987, Putin helped him get elected in 2016)

It's really not about politics anymore. The apparatus of the Republican Party has simply become a haven for bad people.

Don't fully agree. My parents were "Old Republicans" and nothing like this chat stuff ever came out of their mouths or was expressed in their treatment of people.

At my age, don't go out all the much. When I do with any sizeable group, I am likely to mask.
dee20002.bsky.social
Yes, it is still serious. Don't mean to mislead and glad info is still being compiled! I have some breathing issues that masks don't help.

I have some breathing issues, which plays into the mask decision.
