We’re more than a year away from midterms and 3+ from the next presidential election (presuming we have them) and I see it’s already “this Democrat doesn’t 100% meet my purity test, therefore they’re no different than Trump” season 🤦🏻‍♂️

The Supreme Court’s majority right wing indicated in oral arguments that they think racism is over on the same day that the vice president defended the “I love Hitler” guy, and that the NYT reported that the current administration plans to accept only white, English-speaking refugees.

I have a Japanese EP with the Swedish version of that and the French version of Don’t Bring Harry. Cornwell was working on a PhD in biochemistry at a Swedish university, Sweden is a tribute to his surroundings.

Walks are good if there’s an accompanying batting average that tells me the guy can swing the bat and make things happen. I’ll believe “a walk is as good as a hit” BS the day I see a runner score from 2nd on a walk.

Yes, it does need to start with kids. Teenagers needing TJ has become commonplace, and every one of those cases represents a total failure on the part of multiple adults.

I just hope I live to see the day when pitchers are developed differently. At the risk of being OK Boomered, teams used to have 4-5 starters who each threw 200+ innings a year, got hitters out without throwing 100+mph, didn’t have pitch counts/innings limits, and didn’t shred their elbows.

We’re going to be in Vienna and Munich next month and I just bought tickets for the opera in Vienna and a Munich Philharmonic concert. 4 tickets are less than one ticket to see Patti at the Beacon…not orchestra seats, but not nosebleeds either.
