Seriously though @jono.gay, if you need it, get it. Every waking event causes damage to the heart, as you're not getting enough oxygen, and your brain wakes you up to take a deep gulp of air. Not a good way to be.

Yeah it made a huge difference to the amount of sleep I got. Although half of that improvement came from not having my partner poking me and saying “roll over you’re snoring” 😂😂

I was falling asleep after lunch at my desk, and then again on the couch as soon as I got home. But I thought I was just tired from too much work. But my partner couldn't sleep because of the snoring, so she made me get tested. Game changer!

Having done one, it's not easy, nor comfortable. But in mine they detected I was having 22 waking events per hour, and I have used a CPAP now for two decades. If you need one, get one. Uncomfortable at first but you soon get used to it. Most certainly NOT a turn-on, however. 😂
