Yesterday I started my 30-day challenges. I'm using @darebee.bsky.social for my workout plan. I still have three weeks of PT, as well. I'm starting with home workouts otherwise, though.

Gradually building your health through consistent exercise leads to better management of stress, better emotional regulation, a greater sense of physical and mental capability and a greater sense of confidence in different real-life contexts which then leads to better long-term health outcomes.

We are proud of our community. We thought long and hard before we started it. Internet forums are renown for their clique-driven nature and less than welcoming attitude. This is the one place on the web where you're all welcome and everyone tries to be as helpful as possible.
And they have a proper community -- a message board, not a discord or other third-party social media. I haven't popped into it except to read but it feels like a very chill and welcoming space.
