Trump continues to ramble on in front of the Israeli parliament. He’s now back to Barack Obama and Joe Biden, who Trump said couldn’t speak well.
He’s going on about America being a “dead country” before last year’s election.

Just waiting for him to invoke “transgender for everybody.”
