A separate language based on ARIA, something like CLink, Selectors and CSS Syntax to describe markup semantics of XML dialects etc. seemed like a cool idea 20 years ago.

„Reform“ ist Politikdeutsch für alles zwischen „blinder Aktionismus“ und „blendende Umbenennung“. Man hofft auf letzteres, da dann der angerichtete Schaden nicht so groß ist.

Wir sollten je nach Zielsetzung speziellere Begriffe wie „Optimierung“, „Revision“, „Modernisierung“, „Novelle“ etc. wählen.

MDN and CanIUse don’t record any implementations of `random()` or `random-item()` yet. Safari TP has been supporting the former for a while now, but I never checked myself whether they also added the latter.

Den Regelbedarf und dadurch das Bürgergeld zu erhöhen, käme auch allen Einkommenssteuerzahlenden zugute, da der Grundfreibetrag davon abhängt.

Aber dieses sozioökonomische Existenzminimum wird ja völlig unabhängig und höchst wissenschaftlich berechnet, worauf die Politik gar keinen Einfluss hat. 😬

For coder folks, this would have needed to be `@if (media == screen …) {}` 😬

However, the CSS WG really should have chosen a function name like `switch()`, `select()` or `conditional-item()` over `if()`.

`random()` is nice to have in CSS, but I still think `item(<index>, <list>)`* with <index> using `random()` or `random` would be better than introducing just `random-item(<list>)` specifically.

* Other function names work for me as well: `nth-item()`, `nth()`, `choose()`, `select()`, `index()` …

Der Hauptunterschied zwischen Bürgergeld und Kindergeld (als BGE) muss nicht in der Höhe liegen, sondern darin, wer es bezieht und über dessen Verwendung bestimmt. Außerdem könnte abhängig von der Haushaltssituation Kindergeld teilbar sein, Bürgergeld allenfalls kombinierbar.

Auch als freiwillige, evtl. individualisierte Zusatzvorsorge erfordern Sozialversicherungen noch Verwaltungsballast. Bei etwaiger Privatisierung mit Wettbewerb führen Marktzwänge ohne starke gesetzliche Regeln/Überwachung leicht zur Bevorzug-/-teilung ohnehin sozioökonomisch abgesicherter Menschen.

Ein BGE beeinflusst ALG und Renten, weil alle den Grundbedarf decken, aber jene Versicherungen sollen zusätzlich den mit Lohn erarbeiteten Lebensstandard (temporär) erhalten!

Von den Leistungen der Kranken- und Pflegeversicherungen würde das BGE bspw. das Krankengeld verringern, …

In einer Volkswirtschaft mit echtem BGE bestimmt dessen Höhe stets das Existenzminimum. Konventionelle Berechnungsmethoden wären irrelevant.

Im deutschen Sozialrecht entspricht dem soziokulturellen Existenzminimum (ohne Wohnkosten!) der nicht wirklich objektiv und unabhängig berechnete Regelbedarf.

Nee, ein BGE würde die beitragsfinanzierten Sozialversicherungen zwar zweifellos verändern, aber sollte diese eben nicht ersetzen, sondern bloß die steuerfinanzierten Sozialleistungen. Dafür muss es deutlich höher liegen als das Existenzminimum. Schon darum ist das BG kein BGE.
