I was glad to see the OWYN brand that I bought I originally because they are low FODMAP are safe for every day. But this other protein powder I bought was not tested and now what?

That is doable! You can even by No-Chicken broth that works for something like this. Will save to try as it is starting to cool off.

My outdoor physical therapy texted saying we could cancel unless I was willing to go indoors. That’s never happened before. We cancelled.

At least in Japan (my family is Buddhist) they appreciate people who are plant based eaters. My cousin took me to a restaurant where we got the best vegan dinner in my life at a shojin ryori. (Temple food) Itosho. Alas, seems to be closed now.

Isn’t it cute? Walmart of all places. I have two other begonias that are doing fine and have killed at least one. If a plant dies I just shrug and say it lasted longer than cut flowers (try to pass them on before death— always someone out there willing to try to revive a plant t)

I have always wanted to do that. And again this AM I had the walk signal but right turn on red dude never looked for pedestrians. I am doing all y’all drivers a favor by not driving!

Sure does! When spouse stayed back in KS to work he moved a rowing machine into the living room. (I highly recommend separate houses lol. )

It’s nonsense. No accounting for muscle mass. Especially for athletes. My dad was a climbing/ITT specialist and was same weight/height as spouse when in racing form, so skinny. (Built like Chris Froome) Spouse was a swimmer up until few years ago, same height/weight as Mark effing Spitz.
