Chopped fire roasted and or hatch chilies can be added or jalapeño. While the pork is still warm, put a little of the sauce on a crispy corn tortilla and top with the pork.

I like to make a special sauce for my pork tacos. After the pork is slow roasted and shredded, I mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, ‘Mexican’ shredded cheeses ( Jack, cheddar, queso fresco, etc) taco seasoning, some cooled carmelized onions, a couple dashes of taco sauce.
