Yes. Always. Offer what you'd be prepared to pay. Vendors here think if it ain't broken, don't fix it! So bear in mind cost of re-roofing, rewiring, double glazing etc. If you REALLY like at place that needs work, get quotes for what you want doing & then make an offer. Feel free to DM me!

Bonjour! In desperation I took a whole sleeping tablet, usually only a half or even a 1/4, I have slept for 8 hours & feel SO much better!
The team of gardeners have arrived next door & there are 3 petrol hedgetrimmers going full belt! No plans for today yet, but on the road to recovery!

Bonjour les ORCs! I have slept for 8 hours & feel refreshed! Feeling I was likely to spend yet another exhausting night coughing, I took a whole sleeping tablet at 9.30 & woke at 8!!! I haven't coughed yet & I think I've shaken this wretched cold. Next doors team of gardeners revving gear now!

It was! It used to be that once you'd passed Eng Lang, that was it!
Now it's been dumbed down to such a degree that aspects are for A level.

When I had my interview for French nationality, it was all about communication. Did I understand? Could I reply? How many French friends did I have in comparison to Brits? How often did I go back to the UK? It's all about integration FFS.
