In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, Mayor Pro Tem Bryan Wahl presented a proclamation to MLT Elementary School Principal Anderson, Teacher Ms. Hovig, and PTA Board Member Ms. Alcazar. MLT Elementary is a bilingual school with 1/3 of the students identifying as Hispanic/Latino. #cityofmlt
