Every September we send 4 cask samples from some of our most interesting casks out to the Circ Club members.

In our latest website article Liam explains why floor malted grains create whiskies with more complex flavours and a oilier mouthfeel. You wont be surprised to learn that Circumstance has only ever used floor malted grains in our whiskies.

Wildings Cider - Orchard Spirit.

Cider was fermented slowly & matured for 6 months before the team at Circumstance Distillery take over to do the distillation.

This is an ex-rye cask from the US conditioned with pear pomona

We have filled this cask with our new make spirit made from 85% malted barley and 15% unmalted barley.

We expect it to be ready in 5 years.
