It was my grandfather I never knew. Drove convoy supplies for the allies. Returned home after the war a different man, they all were. Took his own life shortly thereafter, haunted by images of being blown clear of his truck being hit, and cleaning up the pieces of his friend.

War is hell.

I am as white as a hotel towel, and the closest thing to Mexican I am was a single all inclusive resort stay in Cancun. I put a Mexican flag sticker on my old Tacoma abd was promptly pulled over by ICE in San Antonio. I'm happy to waste their time

This is the red alert is about - Military's red line illegal orders must be decried loudly from ALL outlets: intimidation at polls, touching election workers or machines, are ALL ILEGAL ORDERS.

Civilian control of the military is in the Constitution they swore an oath to.

The funniest thing about these disconnected monied assholes on TV is that they think nothing happens without money. The American revolution included the famous Tea Party event, but it wasn't about commerce alone. The civil war might have been a (misanthropic) economic argument, but not alone.

I've always called white supremacy a truncated mentality (stupid), literally capable of atrocity (evil). The idea that life must adhere to anyone's idea of a standard is laughable given what we know about the diversity of life. (Even human biology) I'm white, cis, het, but afraid? No, just appalled.

These people are insane and bloodlusted. None of them realized they could just setup notification of the patient's status? If they were not a problem on scene any more, why follow their exit? And FFS, threatening medics (particularly shooting and arresting them) should always be a bridge too far.
