I think they all meet with Trump on a regular basis and get schooled on his lying philosophy, the same way Roy Cohn did with Trump long ago. He probably presents it in a very convincing, almost motivational way and they eventually forget about how despicable it is because it becomes a way of life

I went to a modest No Kings protest yesterday. I saw clever signs. I saw singing and chanting. I saw positivity and hope and strength.

This isn’t worth wasting your time or energy analyzing. There is no defense here. It’s not funny. It’s not strong. It’s not “triggering” because it makes absolutely no sense. Trumpt is deeply, deeply unwell. I see no reason to take him seriously if this is his idea of being “presidential.”

Vanilla Sky is on tv and I’m remembering a writing class in college where some dude wrote an original story that was the exact plot of this movie, including a dude jumping off a roof at the end for no reason, and then acted like he had never seen or even heard of it when it was called out

I’m deeply concerned that as soon as Trump says “ok, enough, I’ll give you whatever you want,” she’ll hop right back on that train. Unless she had some kind of near-death experience and saw the actual god and is truly reformed, whatever she’s going though is likely very very fickle
