I’ve seen this photo a number of times, but everytime I look I‘m shocked how so very young these guys were. Just a few years out of high school, maybe. There is such sadness in the eyes of most of them. I wonder how many of them survived D-Day& the War & got to enjoy living the rest of their lives

While at USFWS I dealt w/university professor who was a total self-entitled a-hole

He was physically very short (~5’3”) & he likely would be a nice guy if not for his serious insecurities over his <average height

Same w/Miller - he might not be such a freak if he had had ONE date in high school

When Stephen Miller was in high school, all his teachers considered him a weirdo, all the girls thought he was a creep, he hated getting undressed in the locker room & taking a shower in front of other guys during P.E., & only his Mom liked him (sorta)
