F76 spinning ashtray. My grandad had one of these. I used to be allowed to push the lever down to dispose of the cigarette - I can still hear the noise it made.

Hi, finally managed to get a chance to tune in and I am enjoying what I'm hearing. Love the Ultranoire - Circles song (just checking out their website). And now Life in Tokyo too (in fairness, anything by Japan works for me). 😁

Thank you. I couldn't make it to Infest this year and it's the first time in 23 years that I have missed a UK Pitchfork show. Not the same as being there, but this helps. 😊

I lived and worked in Coventry in the late 80s - early 90s. I did my driving lessons and test there (thankfully passed 1st time). But even now, if I go back I dread that damn ring road. You do get used to it, but had too many near misses for my liking (not all my fault 😉).

I'll happily continue to have pink, blue or purple hair and wear my facial piercings with pride - even if I am very much not a college kid. My choice is such a better option than taking notice of, and kowtowing to apparent rock stars (?) and their child fiddling friends in the White House.

I had goldfinch group visit my garden today. They seemed to have arrived with a coal tit and amazingly, two nuthatches who spent an couple of hours coming backwards and forwards to the bird feeders (especially enjoying the black sunflower seeds). I've never seen a nuthatch so close so it was a joy.

Nuthatch bird with blue/grey back and wings and pale peach coloured underbody. Bird is hanging from metal bird feeder and eating sunflower seeds.

I loved Mirrors. I saw them at Godiva Festival, Coventry in 2011 and was instantly hooked. Such a shame they split up.
