They made their bed, a bed they HAD to sleep in.

Considering the fiasco the Tories had executed in the UK for so long, they were always going to be defeated and YET Labour (Starmer) thought that the best way to go about it was to make sure all those populist ideals were taken care of. Hence this!

As I always say... This UK Labour Government is reactive, NOT proactive.

Problem is that opinion polls say two things right now which are quite confusing.

• Majority say Brexit has turned out rubbish and also rejoining enjoys quite a considerable majority

On the other hand…

• The far-right UK nazi party, Reform, are also leading the prediction polls.

I think there’s a confusion as to how good Man Utd were at Anfield. No doubt it’s commendable that which they achieved. That’s fundamentally what football is all about… RESULTS!

But I personally feel that the reality where football is concerned, is something completely different. 🤷🏻‍♂️

THIS is what those that feel we could rejoin the EU any time soon need to come to terms with.

The EU would never risk it… risk a potential turd that drove them up the wall being UK PM.

We NEED to sort ourselves out first before imposing ourselves on everyone else. 🤷🏻‍♂️

You’re not wrong for having said that. Although this M&S CEO wasn’t in that position back then. But he is indeed suspect for sure. I’m always wary of anyone that complains about Brexit but then complains about the hardships of Brexit in a fashion that’s aimed at the EU.

One of the greatest strikers ever. I always look to see how the general consensus is with global football opinions and not just here in the UK. Shearer is a hugely respected footballer worldwide as was Gary Lineker.

It's this which shows the amount of work Farage and all the cohorts managed under the radar for so many years. Imagine now where they're prime time!

Hence why I consistently say we cannot rejoin right now. We're not ready and would hinder the EU in every conceivable manner.

Many, if not almost all the Tory MPs at the time when politics wasn't where it is today were against Brexit. Not that I care because I absolutely despise that party... But I do remember practically all of them (aside from the ones that were infected by Tufton Street) were anti-Brexit.
