However, I do believe there are more of us than them. We can win if we don’t back down and are willing to sacrifice. After winning, we need to close the loopholes that allowed them to take control. That will be a long process.

Not only has MAGA broken the Social Contract that held our democracy together, they are proud of it. I feel like they sucker punched us, and are now bragging about how strong and clever they are. There is no honor in cheating the system, but they think so. Where we go from here, I just don’t know.

I agree. I’m thinking Judith was in a different type of sanctuary. Her interaction indicates the orangutan had previous contact.

The one we were in was for wild orangutans who were not fenced in. We were kept at a distance during feeding. We were warned if one came into our space which none did.

I think AI would introduce a sexual appetite that many would not pursue otherwise. This could eventually lead to a real body experience as it normalizes what most of us see as deviant.

Where does it stop? Do we really want people virtually enjoying child molestation and sexual murder?

We visited orangutans in an open sanctuary in Sarawak, Malaysia. However, we never had any interaction. We just watched those who came in during feeding. Still a cool experience. We were given strict instructions as to how to behave if approached. Yours was a unique experience.

MAGA cult is heavily charismatic, but includes Evangelicals and Catholics - There is a mixed theology. And, yes, they are drinking the Kool-Aid. They are highly conformative and authoritarian. They made god into their own image - bitter, angry, and out for retribution. 2/2

It started with hippies - good music and even some nude baptisms. It was a statement against organized religion which was boring and confirmative. (I was born and raised in the Bible-belt.) Jim Jones was nationally recognized for his work with the poor. Krishna was thinking outside of the West.
