Yeah it gets really tricky talking about clinical psychology in individuals and interpersonal relationships and how that extrapolates to a societal scale, because pathologizing everything is only useful to a degree

I do know of a couple clinical narcissists who straightened themselves out, and to your point, it is so incredibly difficult to get there that I am legitimately impressed by them.
