Trump is upfront in saying he will use the shutdown to punish Democrats, and here are the receipts. About $27.2 billion cut from Dem districts compared to about $0.7 billion in GOP districts.

EXT. FLOODED CITY - DAY

Flooded. Deserted. Decaying. A salvage trawler motors down flooded streets.

DAVID WALTERS, 30's, on the run from his past, stares out at ruined buildings. He wears thick protective clothing, a full-face respirator mask in his lap. Across from him, GRETEL and REMY. Up in front are OREN and EMILIO. All geared up.

OREN
Slow down! You're missing the best spots.

EMILIO
Best spots? Hah! You want to drive?

Oren unbuckles and stands. Instantly furious.

OREN
Hey, that shit wasn't even my fault! The roof fell on us!

EMILIO
