*Usually* in Rust type changes are done through some encapsulation operations. It's extremely rare to use the `as` operator at all. It's also very rare to work with pointers directly, instead you work with references. Finally, unsafe code is a code smell.

Im surprised the government isn't more open about this; the amendment has quite defendable wording since it's limited to those with outstanding warrants. Being accused isn't enough, you must be accused and actively avoiding the courts, which is itself a already a crime.

To use an Xbox controller with a Microsoft Surface running Windows I had to plug it in using a USB cable download the Xbox Companion App then download the Xbox App then update then resize the window to find the update firmware button then update the gamepade over 15 minutes to use Bluetooth

to play the Xbox version of HALO INFINITE on my $1,000 xbox ally x, i just had verify, repair files, end task for Xbox, uninstall Gaming Services, reupdate the Xbox app in the Microsoft store, update Visual C++ redistributables, reinstall Gaming Services and restart. just like a console on Xmas day!

Call a business, get stuck with the AI answering machine, 15 minutes of arguing later and you're talking to a human, said human is simultaneously talking with the same AI bot and you, each time they can't solve your issue, another person and copy of the AI is added to the call. You're in hell.
