good enough, makes up for quality with variety and makes sense these were finished segments packaged together after the fact. could have used better curation if nothing else than to not have multiple segments do basically the exact same thing. some good stuff in there too though, worth the time

last stage of move, we finally brought the blackwater tank over (it'll take a little while to get murky again) and my large son has decided he loves kuhli loaches. he sat in front of it for hours, pawing the glass at first but then just watching them. now absolutely zonked, he got so much wneichment

it's absolutely worth the effort and you can definitely tell, but it's still just eggs and flour, the larger the scale the easier and cheaper it is, and restaurants charging a significant premium for it is a canary in the coal mine for the everything else happening in their kitchen and/or finances
