Hi, Jack! The logs are showing that the Threads queue was indeed full. I'm wondering why the app isn't showing that!

Next time you see this, could you create a new screen recording for us? Please do the 'pull to refresh' gesture, show the Threads queue, then try to add another post.

Are you on Android or iOS? Could you please make sure you've updated it to the latest version? This could be what's causing it not to show up for you (assuming you see it on the web version) - Diego :)

What would you like to know? If you're already on the Beta list, this should be available to you on the web version and in the apps. You'll see all of your comments from Bluesky and will be able to reply to them using Buffer - Diego :)

I'm so sorry for the ongoing trouble here, Jack! I just noticed that you are in the "All Channels" view when you hit the error. Could I trouble you to try going to the specific channel and let me know if you hit the same error? Trying to narrow things down. - Mel

Hi! I know it can be confusing! The Free plan is designed with a fixed set of features and channel limits, so there isn’t an option to just pay for extra channels. Moving to the Essentials plan unlocks the full feature set for all channels, with pricing based on the number of channels you connect.

Hi! I think this is unrelated! We sometimes see trouble with the publishing process and have increased the number of repeated attempts. While we're retrying the post in the background, you'd see this message. Has the post published now, or been marked as failed? Or is it still the same?
