I still like the worldbuilding and the mise-en-scene of "Daybreakers." They really did a great job selling the audience on "everyone is a vampire and that was probably a bad idea."

Then again, I have a soft spot for middling budget movies with goofy concepts.

I'm a regular drive-in attendant, every summer. I even made a game about them (free community copies still available).

I saw "Sinners" and "Clown in a Cornfield" as part of a double feature. That was fun.

Any anthology showcasing indie directors is going to be a mixed bag. I'd rather get the occasional weak segment if it means showcasing more talent.

Doesn't mean I have to love every bit of it. But I still love the concept.
