Nah, I basically just said that I like it with a few more words.🫣 Anyway, I'm glad to see you on Bluesky and that you're posting fresh work!

"Je Me Souviens" is now open to mint on Highlight.xyz 🎉

Influenced by themes of decay and memory, it explores how our biggest achievements(ie. civilization) are not immune to time, leaving empty shells of what once was.

The images look great! The dark moodiness and vague abstraction leave a lot to your imagination while still alluding to the ideas you intended. Love it!
Thank you for pointing out! I left X because of that same reason (and because I didn't want to support Musks personal political agenda by providing content to his business). Seems like Substack is another place to avoid using.
Hey Jeff, I have no specific experience with either, but am wondering what's up with Substack that you feel at odds with? Your worries might be reason for me to quit using it, too.
I used the general lack of interest in NFTs to collect some classic pieces of generative art that I've had an eye on for some time.

1: Caught in a Void #328 by M. J. Lindow
2: vapour trails #8 by Jeres
3: Shattered Moons #168 by Lionel Radisson
4: Reconnaissance #263 by TENDER x Nat Sarkissian
I haven't really posted to social media in months, but now that more people from the digital art community have shown up here recently, I feel like it's a good time to start again.
I’m already cracking my knuckles in preparation for starting to write something here.✍️🤓

I made a starter pack with gen artists I know and love, making amazing work with code :)

Thank you! And good to se you here!👋
Hey Roberto, good to read you! I'm fine, I hope you are, too!

Since I stopped using X a year ago (or something), I've been slowly getting out of touch with what's been going on in gen art. So I am pretty happy that Bluesky seems to be a thing now.☺️

Yeah, it's where I've been trying for quite some time to find people who are interested in digital art. It's a friendly place!

Trying to find people who are actively interacting with what I wrote there wasn't really successful, though, I have to admit.
Wow. Considering the amount of interaction that I've seen here recently, it feels to me like Bluesky is a much more lively and active place for the generative art community than Mastodon (where I tried to find a new home in the past year).

Guess I'll rather focus on this space here from now on.
Hey there! 👋 Good to meet you again (though I'm not really sure if I feel more at home here or on Mastodon. Neither, probably)...😅
gm! That's what I'm trying to find out, too. Haven't checked in here for weeks (months?), but now want to test the water again.
The weather didn't become any better since I saw your pictures, but my mood did.😎 This phone picture of my balcony should make you enjoy the beaches even more...😂
Just the kind of sunny vibes that I need on a wet, rainy fall day here in the Northern hemisphere!☀️
I don't know; seriously. I guess it's also a lack of obvious alternatives: Bluesky's walled of zone of static images (no video) is not really appealing, and neither is Mastodon's community of crypto-, AI- and mainstream-averse holier–than-thou preachers, and Threads isn't available in Europe.

🤷‍♂️😢
There's still that feeling of community among artists and collectors on X. For those who don't care much about Musk's awful positions, there's probably still too much of a network effect keeping them there.
Hello Æther, so good to see you here!

Are you giving Bluesky another try? I mostly use Mastodon at the moment and only check here occasionally (though more frequently than your two months interval😉).

It would be magnificent to revive the good old days of yore here.

I wrote an #Artmiration thread about "Torrent" by Jeremy Schoenher (jeres) and "Rückkopplung" by @pxlshrd.bsky.social on Mastodon.

The two artworks engage in an intimate and surprising dialogue about memory and life experiences.
