You go back, Jack
And do it again

Yes, I’ll make another cup of coffee

Right now, the front 7 have injuries and suspensions. I think this will be resolved in two weeks. Secondary…is not likely to be straightened out this year

Offense…seems like this happens every year. They have to rework the playbook. And they need a true #1 WR
bonescrosby.bsky.social
That came to mind. Maybe AJ Brown

They can be caught. But this is embarrassing. It seems like this crap happens every year. Offense sputters between games 4 and 8. I have no answers for it except spend the draft picks on a top 3 WR coming out of college.
bonescrosby.bsky.social
Sure seems like it. They also could use an elite WR

If you’re talking about the Victorians, sure. But thats a charge that can be leveled at lots of folks
bonescrosby.bsky.social
They need to get
1) healthy
2) their heads thinking clearly.

The execution on offense was mostly abysmal.

It’s early enough in the season to get back on track and play well. But they had the chance to open up major lead on KC and they blew it. Pure and simple

Translating ancient works into modern language is something that should be done. IIRC, the translators of the KJV said as much.

I don’t know if it’s play calling, Kincaid being out, no true speed or what. Some combo of them all. Also give ATL credit.

But man…long term Beane and company may need to rethink some stuff.

D has played great in the second, and considering injuries and suspensions, I can live with it.

The brain cramping on offense …McD needs to have a talk with someone

Eh, the translation of The Leopard that I have is probably my favorite “literature” book of all time.

I missed the start of the game. I was wondering if he was even in there.

“Turing” test for a computer?

Well, they hit Qatar…if they hit the UAE (who is basically funding low grade ethnic cleansing in Sudan)…I’m not gonna be upset.

Miami Vice is the only one that surprises me.

Somewhere, a 20 something said “MASH” and boomers are frothing

I can’t recall a lot of the short stories but I remember some being really good. I enjoyed a lot of his novels but as you say…not for everyone

For a long time, I thought he had a good feeling for what teenagers were like (must have come from teaching school).

I haven’t read him in a long time.

Ingram has to go. Watts …. I know lots of folks hate him, but I doubt he’s losing his job on this

Teams to root against? Bama and Ohio State will answer that call!

The Steelers and Packers just need to get on board with this as well.

It’s the antithesis of people who know way too much about their favorite artists, and when said artists does something they don’t like (but its not a crime) they kinda freak out

It only stopped shortly before mom died, as she couldn’t take phone calls at that time.
bonescrosby.bsky.social
When dad was alive 20 years ago, I called two or three times a week. Same after he died. Once mom became an invalid, I pretty much called every day. They lived 700 miles away.

Eh….we both know how it is to be injury riddled…and play against the refs in KC.

Oh no, it was my friend that knew them. My self censor is more about hero worship and such from folks that should know better, imo.
bonescrosby.bsky.social
I’m going to self censor because my opinions would tick off a number of people.
