U have a linux VM and U would like to embed a light security tool(ie. for your ssh connections) so you must know fail2ban !

To manage fail2ban, some projects provides UI on top of fail2ban.
I just tested "oweitman/fail2bancontrol" : it works well <3

Hummer photobombed by a bee (or "The Bird & the Bee?"). Didn't notice the bee until I downloaded the image. The bee won this brief interaction, but the photo of it briefly landing on the hummer (an Allens) was of insufficient quality to post.

Anna's Hummingbird being attacked by a bee (on the hummer's left side of its tail). Both were uninjured in this scuffle. I didn't notice the bee until I downloaded the images. I guess each was defending access to the grape jelly feeder close by.
