It is illegal for the military to deliberately target civilians who are not directly participating in hostilities. Yet, they are murdering Venezuelan civilians on Trump’s orders. It is overly optimistic to assume the military won’t attack US cities or assassinate Trump's political opponents.

Our military murdered more people on the basis of unfounded (probably false) smuggling allegations. Killing criminal suspects-- without charges, without trial, without convictions-- is merely a training exercise for what is coming to American cities.
