There have been times when the tactics of the Liberal Party in this election campaign have confused me.

Apart from having Dutton do most of the talking, letting some of the other shadow ministers appear has also been a grave mistake.

In fact, it was known last century as ‘The Peter Principle’ where one gained promotion up the corporate ladder to a level where they exhibit incompetence.
Dutton’s zenith was as a Cabinet Minister because numbers.

Apart from the “us and them” angle and the union dominated (and most successful) industry super funds, I’ve never fully understood the LNP’s stance against compulsory super and their persistent efforts to decimate the super balances already accumulated.
