It's funny that of the four Josef Fares games (Brothers, A Way Out, It Takes Two, and Split Fiction), the best storytelling comes from the game with no dialogue.
Are you even on gaming social media if you don't encounter a post looking for 30 and up gamers every day.

A spooky version of my profile picture.
I feel like I'm seeing real character growth out of Atsu. She's changing over the course of this journey in subtle ways that feel realistic. Really digging it. Not an easy thing to pull off.
Hey, thats impressive that you figured it out and made the call!

When you get really off course with an open world game, it's easy to crash and burn and ruin the whole thing. You pulled off a difficult feat.
I can say it's a skill because I did not always have this ability. Took real work to get here lol
I felt my Yotei enjoyment lessening for multiple sessions in a row.

Pivoted to a more mainline approach (still hitting optional stuff, but not going out of my way), and had much stronger sessions.

It is legitimately a skill to know when to make the "start mainlining" call.
Hades 2 expands on the core gameplay so much that I actually think you'll be ok. Hopefully!
I am so looking forward to your playing Hades 2. Are you gonna play it right after? My only concern is Hades burnout!
All great games so that makes sense
Thats freaking incredible! There's nothing quite like that game out there. Such a wild concept.
Probably the year before Elden Ring 2.
Love Far Cry 3-5.

I enjoy all the AC games, but the only open world one ive completed is Odyssey. Love that one.
Definitely happening eventually. But after Delta, I guess my plan is to play all of them! Though I imagine an MGS1 Remake will be coming however many years from now.
I mean

You probably aren't wrong lmaooo
Thats what makes me so excited for Saros. They seem to be addressing that this time around.
If this was someone's top 10 games ever, no one would be shocked. I didn't think about that lmao
I wanted to do it before GTA6. Now I'm not 100% sure. Just too much good stuff. Usually December is a good month to do that for me... but Metroid and Octopath that month. Crazy times.
JRPG fans are very passionate, so I see them reference great games from the past all the time. I feel like there aren't tons of "forgotten gems" out there.

But if I had to come up with a list of my favorite JRPGs that never get talked about, it's probably these 4.
Commanders Niall. Honestly, I didn't even try it very many times. I could tell immediately it was going to be brutal and I just felt done with the game in general at that point.
Ill be honest... my last few play sessions have definitely been downgrading it for me 😭
