New followers, a warning: I’m actually a conservative, both small-c and big-c. (Temporarily stuck voting D Stateside.)

If you’re following to broaden your list, cool. If you’re following because I’ve made a fun wisecrack at the expense of my own, be warned that you won’t like most of what I say.
Anyway at least there’s one more home game this year.
Oh when we blow one we REALLY blow one.
But yeah blew this one before the ninth, so there’s that.
Vibes-wise I don’t disagree but in terms of a scary-narrow 2-1 lead with tonnes of stranded runners in scoring position, gosh this feels like Game 6 of the 1992 World Series.

One of the biggest differences between this team and 1992 is that you felt if we got to the 8th in ‘92 with the lead it was over. Ward to Henke forget it. These Jays, um, don’t have that.
Progressive rock is much better than it could be because of the classical training of its practitioners, for example.
This is fundamentally correct.

Moreover, it’s why I argue for/support a literary canon in academic stream education. (Make it more inclusive if you like, or just use the old Western canon.)

Why? Because then you have a common thing to riff on / transgress against.
definitely become a little more small c conservative with regard to culture (like art and shit, not stuff like abortion) in that I think if everyone is trying to be transgressive and bohemian you just end up with a sort of muddled mess of "Bold" slop. good disruptive art needs a straight man
The answer is apparently this.

Mad Max killed it.

Hang it in The Louvre
Best of three to go to the World Series.

Mad Max is a legend!
100% this.

It’s also (way beside the main point here but still) an indicator of how that administration is overly online.
All of the talk of "doxing ICE agents" should be a non-premise because law enforcement agents working for the government shouldn't have anonymity to begin with. "Steve Johnson from Duluth is a cop" should be a matter of public record. You're a government employee not fucking Banksy
Been great to have him as a good starter in the summer, an assistant pitching coach, and a mentor for the youngsters.

Now we see if he has two great playoff performances left in him.
We have no idea.

He was hit pretty bad in September, but he’s had lots and lots of rest, so it’s possible we see his July/August form (which was great!).

And this start (and a possible World Series Game 4 start) is literally why he signed with the Jays…
Pinched from the Score’s Twitter feed re Game 4:
Sony produces some great hardware that I wish they would keep making but they then decide not to.

The early Xperia Android tablets with water resistant port caps, for instance, were great. (I remember a much-anticipated Android 5.0 update for mine.)
Not over but that’s a very steep climb, losing the first two at home while the other team’s pitching staff is exhausted and yours is rested.
Jays ALCS roster is what i hoped for/expected once we heard Bo is still out.
