by the way, i should have an update on 3.0's status within this month (would've been a little sooner if i didn't get sick...). no release date yet, just a catch-up on how much we've accomplished since beginning full-time development about a year ago.

In the Super Mario Galaxy games, the staff credits text is always loaded into RAM despite not being needed until the ending. While horribly inefficient, this is inadvertently heartwarming as the games appear to honor their creators by keeping them in memory at all times.

it's been a minute, but i recall it being kinda unintuitive to use at first. i figured it out, but comparing how many people have the willingness to learn a new system, versus how many will see the thing that looks like twitter and go "yeah, that's easier", and i can see why people chose bsky first

Redd is a creative force, not only having helped many people make their creations come to life, he now wants to create his own game too. But all this has taken a severe toll on him, and he cannot focus on his desired pursuits. I urge you, for all the help he's given us, to give a little help back.

The impact he's had on the works you've played is immeasurable. I may be the mind behind Ribbit Mod, but Redd is its beating heart. He's the one who created the new design for YOU the Frog. Without him, the 3.0 update we're working on now is incredibly unlikely to happen. His vision is paramount.
