Already thinking about Friendsgiving. I'm thinking about herby, garlicky steeped cream for scalloped potatoes. I dunno though. Maybe I want to go the au gratin route and add cheese? I maybe kinda don't think I wanna do cheese. There'll be all sorts of things with cheese. Much to think about.

Made soup for the gathering last night. Got asked if it was Mulligatawny. Looked up the wiki. And basically, yes. But I added two butternut squashes. I'm eating it now and I am sweat. Love to inadvertently make a thing by accident. Y'know, if you squint.
