Even though it’s still hot af, im starting to go through some ✨seasonal mood changes✨

I already let my therapist know that my ocd is starting to get bad again as it typically does during this time

My goal for the rest of the year is to be proactive about my health and try not to spiral 🫡

I think that a lot of the "english only" losers would be a lot happier if they actually listened to music in other languages.

Music is universal and knowing the language isn't necessary for enjoyment.
