My never before correct crystal ball is seeing a 4-2 Habs win.
It shows a blurry 76 in the slot.
I see a 9_ scoring a beauty but the second number is hidden.

My Habs way too early 4 game evaluation.
1) Defense is greased lightning!
2) Goalies have been average.
3) Forwards are a mixed bag.
Some are fire: CC, BG, JS, AN,OK, ID, ZB
Some are not yet in groove but trending positive: KD, NS,
Some are struggling: PL, JA, JE
Personal take: reunite JA, JE,BG!

It’s a smart deal for Lane and a good deal for the Habs. If he invests the 55 million up front in even a super conservative manner, he’ll rake in another 2.5 million/year easy, so he’s indirectly making at least 10.5-11. Meanwhile Habs protect their AAV.

Hearing that the Hawks are leaving Levshunov in the press box tonight. This brought me back to the Savard vs Wickenheiser era. Savard lit up arena dancing all over the ice giving pre-Demidov vibes. The Chicago crowd may begin to witness what they passed on!
