Fantastic time on our field course to Freiburg & Black Forest (Germany) this week, looking at sustainable mobilities, human-nature relationships, and coexistence with a lynx reintroduction case study.

Using only low carbon transport, we saved 86% of CO2e compared to flying.

Excited for next year!
My first appearance as a podcast guest is live!

Listen in as @beavertrust.bsky.social and I discuss all things environmental social science, and renewed #coexistence with #beavers

@uoe-creww.bsky.social @exeter.ac.uk
Beavers are back, but how do we learn to live alongside them?

This week, we chat with Dr Roger Auster about social science, ‘renewed coexistence’ and the role of public attitudes in shaping species reintroductions.

En route to a writing retreat, a privileged opportunity to develop my post-PhD thinking around human-wildlife interactions in #reintroductions.

And it's off to a beautiful start, with views of my local estuary from the train window
