there's a really good Louis Theroux doc called 'A Different Brain' about families coping with this specific thing. (unsurprisingly) a bit of a heartbreak of a watch but it's a good watch to see how willing people are for the people they love

I’ve been working for 15 years as an animator and I can tell you without a doubt, the best fix I ever found for imposter syndrome is living a full life where your days and worth don’t hinge on whether or not you were a good animator today.
