Every stage has a price... he can foot the bill... but she'd owe him big time, and he can always use a favor or two.
Specially if she becomes his foothold not just on Broadway, but also in Hollywood.

Oh playing piano got him nowhere... being a skilled man in understanding how people think and how to use that got him in a position of power.
Such said, if she's looking for a shot at the arts in the stage, a true performance... he can open the door, managerial work is simple for him.
