I have a very hard time promoting myself, either my art or writing. I'm still going to self-publish my books and pop them on Amazon. I don't expect to do much, since I am incapable of marketing. But I like them, and want to share the stories. Maybe somebody will like them :) Or not.

Finally cut my hair this afternoon, following a Brad Mondo tutorial for a DIY butterfly cut. Mostly because it looked easy enough, and I managed to get the part and everything! Now to wait for it to dry, and recolor...I should have had two boxes of the dye. But that's okay...I can redo the color.

I'm up. I'm ready to work. But the rain sounds so drowsy and lovely...we didn't get a lot of rain this summer, and it never lasted long. I'm enjoying the sounds now.

Damn...I was writing away and not paying attention to my tracker. I just looked at I'm past 90k! I hit my word goal for the night as well, and still have my characters talking to me, so going to keep writing until I pass out. #writing #writer

COVID Shot kicked my arse yesterday and I also had to spend time leveling my build plate, but, I did get the missile pods printed. I would trying to decide what shoulder options I wanted to use, but I think I like the asymmetry here.

Start with their Youtube channel. They have a bunch of Vlogs from their debut through now. They post almost weekly. Arirang Radio has interviews with them for each release; Fanvatar did a cute series of videos with them. And multiple people have linked their playlists of their cover performances.

I harvested the first batch of lettuce from my little hydroponics set-up today :) It's enough for a salad, with a bit left over for a sandwich. It tastes good though...nice and fresh. #garden #homegarden #hydroponicGarden

Still working on Camllla today. This is a two-model kit from ATK Girls through Eastern Models. I finished the unarmored version a few days ago, now working on the armored version. I have recorded the builds as well, hoping to get them edited and posted soon (tm) #Girlpla #Plamo #Plamodel

I know what you mean. I think it hits harder after watching my dad fade into dementia, and I worry that I'll lose myself someday too. I joke to avoid the bone-numbing fear whenever I lose words.

Oh, my brain is fun. I could NOT think of the word 'stethoscope,' no matter what. So I had to google "Thing that listens to heartbeat" I disllkie losing words. On the other hand, I used ameliorated correctly in a sentence in my chapter tonight, so there's that. #writing #writer

I have Win11 on my writing laptop, and aside from the AI (which I mostly shut off) my main issue is aesthetics. I like the flexibility of the task bar in Win10, and I don't have that freedom in 11.

THC/CBD blend is what keeps me asleep. I did start with plain CBD oil at first, and it was fine? But the combination is even better. Nothing else I tried helped my insomnia.

Another couple of contractor's garbage bags full of junk gone from the attic. We could now Anne Frank if we had to. Wouldn't be comfortable though. I can only clean up there in the spring and fall...it is not insulated, and quite drafty. In the summer, it bakes.
