⚠️ pathological wet specimens

With double the number of legs (and tails) and an underdeveloped set of wings, this mutated fawn is easily the largest wet specimen of the collection. As if in reverence, it's pillar-like preservation jar has been decorated in ancient symbols.

On the left a deer fetus floats in preservative fluid within a mason jar.

On the right another fawn wet specimen is bottled. In its short life it grew one large, lonely eye in the center of its forehead.

On the left is the largest wet specimen from the first image.

On the right are conjoined twin fawns, sharing an eye and torso. They are stored in a round, glittering bottle with a cork stopper.

As an attendee, Woods Flock its a camping con in Tennessee. Its so nice going to a con in the wilderness instead of a big city, and I personally love how much wildlife education panels/hikes they do.

Its such a gut punch seeing multiple booths with just thingiverse prints, and then having to explain to folks that all my stuff I make by hand, and I'm a fucking ceramicist. The general consumer base' s idea of "handmade" has been completely obliterated, a big thanks to that is etsy specifically.
