Two years ago today I released Celestial Saga: Dawn of the Seekers. A project I had been working on for ten years.

It was a dream that lived within my head and I am honored that I have been able to share it with all of you. 🧵
I wrote 980 words in Project Sunrise this afternoon. #amwriting
I wrote 826 words in Project Valentine today.

Lunch breaks continue to be productive. #amwriting
This has been a surreal experience writing this book so far. 3/3
Until I checked the word count last night, I didn't realize it was three words shy of 1,500 in less than an hour during my lunch break easy.

I'm currently on par to write 10,000 words this week at this rate. I'm over halfway there already in just two days. 2/3
Take time to be proud of what you accomplished.

I messaged a friend last night that Project Valentine is easy to write because unlike the Celestial Saga, there is no multi-book plot, no hidden meaning or message, it's just a fun idea to play with. 1/3
I wrote 1,497 words in Project Valentine during my lunch break to bring today's total to 2,061 words.

Project Valentine also passed 20,000 words total. #amwriting
I wrote 564 words in Project Sunrise this morning. #amwriting

Thank you to all of you who have read the book and took a chance on a new indie author. It means the world to me.

I look forward to bringing you more stories in the years to come.
My debut novel is a fun sci-fi ride that has heart, passion, and a little heartbreak.

This is just the beginning of the Celestial Saga. The next ten years are going to be one wild ride.
Hearing it compared to things such as Mass Effect, Star Trek, Halo, and Star Wars is all incredibly fulfilling as those are the series that inspire me.

To this day, I still can't quite believe that I finished the story and put it out into the world.
Exceeding my wildest expectations, Dawn of the Seekers currently has a 4.7/5 rating on Amazon and a 4.6/5 rating on Goodreads.

Ratings aren't everything though as the real win for me has been having conversations with those who have read the book.

I never would have expected a post about World Migratory Bird Day to result in a sale, but here we are. Wild.

Thank you to whoever picked up Celestial Saga: Dawn of the Seekers on Saturday!
Today is World Migratory Bird Day.

While I don't talk about migrating birds in the Celestial Saga, I do have the Wola which is a species of nomadic traders that resemble birds.

Fun fact: The Wola's appearance is inspired by Oricorio from Pokémon.

I wrote 542 words tonight as I started a new entry for Crafting the Celestial Saga focused on the cover art. #amwriting
