My mobile's failing. I've O2 Switch Up &can upgrade phone every 90 days. Can't order a replacement phone cause can't sign in. They offered 2 upgrade via phone, & 2 escalate sign-in issue. I won't upgrade unless they fix sign-in (locked in for longer) yet still waiting
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

o2 & Virgin merged online & sign-in systems. My mobile was restored 2 factory settings. Now I can't sign in 2 my O2 account online or app cause they don't like my email address? 1st rang on 1st/10. Help CEASED cause I won't use WhatsApp
