@nordicjs.com took me back to the good old days of community tech confs infused with art, innovation, and joy.

From arranged dinners (“with 5 new friends”), to the cutest swag, Code in the Dark, laser shows, crafts, games, sauna(!) and all the installations!

I think that @nordicjs.com is the first conference where I’ve heard the MC say, “Good news, the sauna is now open. Please don’t be naked”, and has a tattoo booth where people can (and do) get inked with the conference logo.

We’re not at an O’Reilly conference any more.
