Husband pays £10, but he just does music. And I tend to use my iPad for stuff that I like, which is very little! Bit of Trinny Closet and Pilates. The Pilates only has an ad at the start. Timmy does have a fair few. But I only watch once a week.

Slept REALLY badly as I am working today. Slept, but would wake up ever hour and had stress dreams!

Was running the course in my Aunts house and nothing was prepared!

Sorry that you are fecked should the GP not help. There is no reason as to why you cannot have it. Unless there is breast cancer in the family, and even then that is over precautious from what I have read.

Oh you are at the age for HRT, for sure. It all starts on av probably in early 40s and there’s at least 10 years of it! If the GP won’t do it, find another one. But so many are still so ignorant of it. It’s disgraceful

Hope the HRT works. I didn’t go for it cause I have done weird anti hormone thing in my mind.

However, I have ended up with the ONE symptom I was terrified of getting

Oh it’s horrific.

Christmas 2014 I was at my in laws and the flushes. Poor husband didn’t complain once with the fact I had to have the heating off and window open in b/r

In the evening I was constantly going into the freezing cold conservatory to cool down. I hardly slept it was a shit Christmas.

Oh my heart goes out to you. No idea when they started for you, but you might have a good few more years of them. And they change. The very clammy ones are not nice, cause it shows on your face.

And I don’t think I had them too bad either. Some women are soaking wet, constantly having to change.

We do all make choices. I stuck with it until Trump won the election. Musk facilitated that and I protested the only way I felt I could.

Hardly think of it now, but there are people I miss seeing updates from. The fact they don’t spend more time on here annoys me more than it should 🫣

I was thinking about a lot of mutuals last night! They have accounts here, but rarely post, still post over there.

Maybe they don’t see the shit, but now I then I go on and it’s always there. Just shit. And the ads!!!!!

My hubby is still on there, but he just reads and follows niche accounts.
