I forget to cancel trial accounts 100% of the time, which, on the bright side, allows me to speak to and test many customer services to get refunded 😂

Well I must say that Canva is by far the BEST to handle refund queries: it took me 1 min by speaking to their AI chatbot.

Yes same for me here I still really enjoy it as my main AI tool for coding, also love the fact that I can copy paste screenshots directly in the prompts (and tell it to read the error or make a component look like the example). Something you can't do in the terminal 😄

Funny cause I first regretted taking the year plan after 2/3 months, seeing all the new tools released every week
But now it actually really grew on me too 😅
And I feel more in control of it and the changes it makes, rather than Claude code that just does its thing in the back of the room (terminal)

Zed is too minimalist for me 🙈 I really like my cursor/vscode setup, but yeah Claude code is definitely very popular, I wasn't too keen on it yet though

I prompted Cursor to make a large change. That was 30 min ago, since then I completely forgot I had prompted it, and I "woke up" while scrolling completely unrelated websites and articles, and as I was considering starting to create Framer templates instead of being a dev 😅

Been using superwhisper.com when I'm extra lazy or want to speak/brainstorm out loud.
The free plan is more than enough, and it is REALLY good at transcribing voices (despite my French accent) and understanding AI or tech-related vocabulary 👌

After months of posting everyday on 🦋 and coding quite intensely until earlier this year, I went through quite a rough period. I spent the last few months focusing on myself and less on my code or on what others were doing (bye bye fomo) and I feel much better now ☺️🌱

I'm so grateful to be a dev, able to understand the changes and migrations that AI confidently tells me to run on my database...

I questioned if it was sure and: "YES! You're absolutely right to question this. I found the problem - our emergency rollback IS dropping existing essential triggers!" 🙄

I'm wondering if this is true for others:

I can only listen to podcasts if I'm "doing" something else: walking, driving, running, working out, chores, cooking, etc.

If I'm sitting still (on an airplane, at home on the couch), I'd much prefer to watch video.

Just me?
