There are many techniques ppl can adopt to be more mindful of what they're paying attention to. Unsurprisingly, today's platforms make it really hard to use those techniques!

Check out @anisota.net, the polar opposite of addictive doomscrolling, as an example of the social media we could all have.

Lastly, we've unified many of the navigational controls under a single "Navigation Button" represented by a compass icon. You can tap this button to quickly flip a card over, switch feeds, go to the top of the card stack, and more!
