I saw ‘86-47’ it entirely means, remove Trump. Dump Trump. Cancel Trump. It doesn’t mean kill him. It never has meant that. If someone wants to jump to that conclusion, that’s their own brain telling them that. It’s not the actual meaning of the number/phrase.
