Similarly, every defensive play is meant to prevent a score or a first down. And my brother on Christ, by definition, this play DID NOT WORK.

Conclusion: Our brains aren't meant to be pigeonholed into a civilization that rejects differences in biology. And adjusting scientific conclusions to fit society rather than explain the potential biological incompatibility is confirmation bias.

2) depression is related to sunlight exposure, but also to social interaction and sleep deprivation. Late-adjusted (largely neuro-atypical people) don't get socialization or sleep because society is entirely designed around morning people. Sunlight is still available at noon if not trapped indoors.

1) they literally describe the evolutionary biology for why we behave differently at night, thus implying that we evolved behaviors for the expressed purpose of BEING AWAKE AT NIGHT.

And don't forget Ukrainian strikes on ammunition depots in Russia. Not long afterwards Russia stopped using S-300s to attack ground targets, and this year SAM use during long-range strikes against Ukrainian positions and infrastructure has become exceedingly rare.
