Down a research rabbit hole for a few mins and I make the discovery that PFC Drake from Aliens and one of the prime antagonists in Shawshank, Bogs Diamond, are played by the same guy. Mark Rolston.

He looks quite like a younger James Caan.

In our small mountain community I know two committed anti-vax families. And other people who I thought were sound stroking their chins and saying "well the vaccine development was very fast, who knows what's in it?"

Maybe it's worth us all asking ourselves "how have we kept our grip on reality?"

Yesterday’s hike above Cluses. More than 700m of slippery ascent/descent and yes we got this view looking up the Arve valley looking south but honestly it was only for five mins and otherwise It Wasn’t Worth It.
