"Vinegar son of wine" is still my favorite, but if I had the ability to time travel back to a family I worked for who treated me antithetical to *everything* Judiasm *actually* teaches (despite them all being nepo babies who went to the best Yeshivot), I would gave used the "reed cutter" diss.

Muppets > but...we saw some great bonding between women of different backgrounds who never would have met form an unlikely sisterhood utilizing their own particular skillset to reach a common goal. Plus the fashion was great. Plus it took place in one of my favorite spots in NYC (& Vaselka).

The Jewish holiday of Shemini Atzeret includes a prayer for rain, asking that there be rain "for blessing and not curse, for life and not death". May it inspire us towards the actions that will help our climate and environment so that this becomes a reality. Chag Sameach, happy holiday
